No soul

I received my Klogs yesterday and the feel is not good. When I was walking with them on it felt like I was walking on pebbles. The shoes has no inside lining. Than I look at the receipt it said NO EXCHANGE NO REFUND AND SOMETHING S
ELSE I paid $78 for these shoes because I’m on my feet all day in my lab. VERY DISAPPOINTED
