Hand or machine wash on delicate cycle. Do not bleach. Line or tumble dry on low.
Directions
1. Carefully remove any existing insoles from shoe.
2. Use old insole as template as trim line for TRUComfort® Insoles.
3. Trim new insole to fit outline of removed insole.
4. Insert new TRUComfort® Insole with fabric side up.

Great shoes been in healthcare for 8 years and best shoes I have found yet. Great comfort for your feet for them long 12,14,16 hour days.
I have searched high and low for years to find something to give my feet relief. After hundreds of dollars in custom orthotics and podiatrists, physical therapy and even injections, these are the only thing that give my feet relief. Well worth the price. Last for about 5 yrs.
