What unfortunate news! Please don't discontinue!

This discontinuation makes me so sad. I've been wearing the Naples black tooled leather for the last 10 years. It has been consistently comfortable right out of the box. I had finally found a shoe I could depend on. I'm a nurse and on my feet 12-14 hours a day. I've often recommended them to others. "Invest in good shoes. You're feet will thank you." Why would you discontinue an item that has such high ratings? If I had known, I would have bought several pairs. My size sold out quickly.

The ones no longer adequate for work, become house shoes or garden shoes. I've tried a couple of your other styles, but it wasn't the same. I even received a pair of your molded rubber PU Klogs from a coworker. It might be cheaper to make, but it doesn't mold to your feet or breathe like leather. It might seem like a good financial move for the company now, but people who don't mind spending money for good leather shoes will go elsewhere... and there are a lot of us. Just as in healthcare, it's s always sad when decisions are made for financial gain, and doesn't keep the customer as the focus. The shoes are 5-star. This decision gets a "1".

Guess I'll be shopping on eBay, looking for my shoes that someone decided to resell. :(

If it’s helpful, some longtime Naples customers have found the closest fit and feel in our Boca or Dusty styles—they offer a similar toe box and arch support, even though the material is different. I’d be happy to help guide you if you ever want to give another style a try.

Please reconsider!!!

Naples has been my go-to work shoe for more than 12 years. No other shoe is as comfortable and breathable. Please reconsider this discontinuation :(

I ordered 7.5 my normal size. I got the wide width option. It is so big for me. My foot goes back and forth in shoe. I put heel pads inside but now my foot sits wrong on the insole and is very uncomfortable!

Thank you for reaching out—I’m sorry to hear the fit isn’t working out as expected.

It sounds like the wide width is giving you more room than needed, which can definitely cause that back-and-forth movement you’re describing. Adding heel pads can sometimes help, but as you noticed, it can also change how your foot sits on the footbed.

If this item was marked as Final Sale, we’re not able to offer a return or exchange. I know that’s frustrating, especially when it’s a fit issue.

For future reference, if you typically wear a standard width, we would recommend sticking with that rather than a wide, as our wide styles can feel quite roomy.

Love the shoe, hate the discontinuation

I finally found shoes that I use for work as a flight attendant that are supportive, lightweight, and breathable and that fit my feet perfectly. I’m so very disappointed that Naples leather will no longer be offered. Had I known they were being discontinued I would have bought multiple pairs. When I bought them it was my understanding they were a staple in your company and I had no idea or fear that they would be in jeopardy of being discontinued. PU leather cannot compete with real leather in breathability…for those of us who spend long days and many miles on our feet, being offered faux leather as a replacement just won’t cut it! I’ll reluctantly be going back to dansko and hoping I can find a style that accommodates my hard to fit feet, once again. Sorely disappointed!

Naples leather full grain

So saddening to learn of Naples leather shoes being discontinued! This style has been my ONLY work shoe for the past 15+ years. My job requires standing most of the day, no slip tread/sole and professionalism. The Naples check all these boxes. I really don’t know what shoe could ever replace these.

Tragic

These are my absolute favorite shoes. I wear them everyday- fun colors for work and the brown leather with jeans. I prefer them over tennis shoes. I thought maybe new spring colors were coming out. Such a bummer. Guess I'll have to retire!!

Klogs leather shoes

I have been wearing klogs Leather shoes for years. I had many surgeries on my ankle/foot. I have a fuse, and these shoes are the only ones I can walk in.The comfort level, height of the shoe, and the quality, knowing it is a leather shoe,so there is no issue of sweating ,. I really wish you would reconsider, and continue the leather brand.

I have multiple pairs of the Naples, they have cured my Planter fasciitis ! Please do not discontinue these.

Jodi, thank you so much for this — and for being such a loyal Naples fan. Hearing that they helped relieve your plantar fasciitis is exactly why this style meant so much to so many people.

After 25+ years, we did make the difficult decision to discontinue our leather line, including Naples. It truly was not made lightly.

The good news is KLOGS isn’t going away. Our molded PU styles will continue and are built with that same supportive footbed and comfort-first design so many customers rely on.
