At Latitudes, Inc. ("Latitudes," "we," "our", or "us"), we are committed to the privacy of our customers, subscribers, users and visitors. We may also collect information related to conversations, including records or copies of your correspondence with us or customer service calls for quality assurance and training purposes, and other communications such as website chat support, in-app messages, or SMS.

Online Shopping:  We collect personal information from you when you shop for our products online.  This information includes account name; account utoken; advertisement interactions; age; alias name; audience segments; authenticated user ID; available points; available rewards; behavior; birth month and day; browser ID; characteristics; cookie ID; country code; credit card number; customer reviews; debit card number; customer service chat content; device ID; device model; device type; email address; email engagement activity; exiting websites; first name; gender; geolocation; IP address; last activity date; operating system configuration; operating system type; other unique device identifiers; postal address; preferences; products purchased; purchase history; social data; spend to next tier; telephone number; tier name; time zone; user submitted photos; user ID; web log data; website access date; website access time; website browsing behavior; website browsing history; website click tracking; and website search history 

Automatically Collected Personal Information: By their nature, our websites and apps also automatically collect some personal information about you. In order for you to view or interact with our website or apps, we receive individual identifiers like your IP address and some network information like date and time of pages visited. We may collect this personal information even if you are not logged in. We collect some personal information automatically using cookies or other tracking technologies as described below. The personal information automatically collected may be collected by or on behalf of third parties who provide us inferences or aggregate reporting based on analysis of such personal information.


In general, we use personal information collected on the Site to provide the Services and otherwise process transactions on the Site, to provide support for the Services, to respond to user requests and inquiries, to maintain a record of our dealings with Site users, to develop and improve products and services, to inform users about products or services we think will be of interest, and to allow users to connect or search for other customers having similar interests. 

When we use your personal information in our marketing efforts, we provide you with choices (see "Choice," below). We may also receive information from third parties with whom we have business relationships, and may combine this information with the other personal information we maintain about you (for example, we may receive updated information about you, such as an updated billing address, from the financial institution issuing your credit card in connection with billing for Latitudes’ products). 


We do not share, sell, trade, or rent personal information to third parties, including for their own marketing purposes without your prior consent, except in the limited circumstances described in this Policy. We may share personal information with third-party vendors who assist us in operating our business. These functions may include, but are not limited to, analyzing traffic information or other data, providing marketing assistance to us, and mailing items. In all cases, we limit the information shared with our third-party vendors to only that which is necessary to carry out those functions. 

We also disclose personal information when we believe it is required to comply with the law (e.g., a subpoena, warrant or court order) or respond to lawful requests and legal process; to enforce or apply this Policy or our other policies or agreements; to initiate, render, bill and collect for amounts owed to us; to protect the rights and property of Latitudes, our agents, our customers' and others; to protect our community members, customers and others from fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful use of the Site or Services; or if we reasonably believe that disclosure is needed to respond to an emergency or protect the personal safety of any person. 

In addition, information about our customers, including personally identifiable information, may be disclosed or transferred as part of any merger, acquisition, debt financing or sale of company assets, as well as in the event of an insolvency, bankruptcy or receivership in which personally identifiable information could be transferred to third parties as one of our business assets.


Cookies. We may use different types of cookies when providing different types of web-related services. Cookies allow us to identify and authenticate visitors, track aggregate behavior, and enable important service features. We use both session ID cookies and persistent cookies. Analytics. We may use analytics tools or similar tools provided by third parties to help analyze how you and other users utilize our services. Analytics tools use cookies and other tracking technologies to collect information such as how often users visit services, what pages they visit, and what other websites they used prior to visiting our services. We use the information we get from analytics tools only to improve services. Analytics tools collect the IP address or other unique identifier assigned to you on the date you visited services. We do not combine the information generated through the use of analytics tools with your other personal information. The KLOGS Footwear mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Latitudes, Inc. (“KLOGS Footwear”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to KLOGS Footwear’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of KLOGS Footwear through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with KLOGS Footwear. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18335531294 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other KLOGS Footwear mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.


We encourage parents to take an active interest in their children's use of the Internet. The Site is not designed to collect personal information from children who are under 13 years of age, and we do not intend to or knowingly collect such information. If you are under 13 years of age, you should not provide personal information on our Site. 


We use reasonable computer and computer software security measures in an effort to prevent loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, destruction and/or alteration of information while it is under our control. We cannot, however, guarantee the protection of information against such events, nor can we promise that your information may be not be disclosed or accessed by accidental circumstances or by the unauthorized acts of others.
