RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RETURNS TO KLOGSFootwear.com

Not completely satisfied with your purchase?  We want to make it right.  That’s why returns and exchanges at KLOGS® Footwear are easy.   You may return your purchase for any reason within 30 days of the original purchase date to receive a full merchandise refund via your original form of payment. Merchandise must be returned in its original unworn, resalable condition and packaging, with the original shipping invoice.

Complete the Return & Exchange Form on the invoice and include it with the item(s) for return.

Please allow 7-10 days to process your return and credit your original form of payment.

Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the returned item, back to the original card used for payment. Any outbound shipping charges paid will not be refunded if the order is returned. 

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. 

EXCHANGES TO KLOGSFootwear.com

We offer hassle-free, exchanges every day.  Here’s how it works:  Exchanges are processed like returns and reissued as a new order.  Exchanges for items of the same value, no money changes hands, easy-peasy.  Exchanges for items of a different merchandise value, you’ll receive a credit for the items you’re sending back and a separate charge for the new item.  

Customers are responsible for all return/exchange shipping charges.  You won’t be charged shipping for your replacement item.  

HOW TO SHIP YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Purchase postage at any post office or parcel shipping location of your choice. We recommend shipping your package using a trackable ship method. Please keep a copy of return documentation for tracking purposes.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT POLICY

KLOGS® Footwear guarantees our product from manufacturer’s defects within six (6) months from date of purchase. If you believe that your purchase from the Klogsfootwear.com website has a defect, please contact Customer Service immediately to arrange for a return for inspection. If we find that the product contains a manufacturer’s defect, we will replace it. We do not replace products that have been replaced from a previous claim. KLOGS® Footwear reserves the right to determine between defective product and normal wear-and-tear.

RETURNS WE CANNOT ACCEPT

Any returns received after 30 days from the delivery of your merchandise. For your convenience, the date that we must receive your return will be printed on the front of the packing slip shipped with your purchase.

We cannot accept any deliveries with COD terms or from APO/FPO location.

Any returns for items purchased from other websites or retail stores. Please contact those retailers directly for any returns.
